- Surfacing & TexturingWell..ocean foam, white caps can be tricky, here´s some very old testing with just fractal texturing..from 2012 :) You can of course try the Hot ocean plugin, that one can be slow though to "simulate" but it would take in account a more realistic seafoam, white cap generation of bitmap textures. I need to fix the click on images, or right click and open in another window though, to see if I can get a better full size image once clicked upon. Right now when clicked upon, they will be enlarged with the annoying scrolling boarder, and if you right click and choose to open in a new window, the size is not the full size and you would have to change that in the webadress end sizing, so I will get back on that. So the fractal texturing above, though that is displacement and the old 2011 render engine, to mix with the 2019 and up engine and it´s surfacing below..which is purely bump mapping..
- Volumetrics and VDBTesting the image sharing from Google Photos.. If you do use your own Google Photo, or from my album if I choose to make it editable for members to upload, then if you choose direct image link, you should use this forums insert html editor tool in the icon bar at the bottom, and unlike flickr sharing, paste the code in by chooseing the direct web adress tab and paste i, and Not in the Html edit tab. What you first need to do though, since Google do not have a share to embedded code directly from their site, (horrible) so you need to first copy the simpler link from your google image, then paste that link to this service which creates two embedding code types, direct image link, or embedded html code, choose direct image link here and generate the code. The generated code seem to take on whatever size there was originally, which doesn´t fit very well with this page,I have to get back on how to set the proper size, using this webadress embedding, it seems it can´t open up as with the html editor embedded code, you have to right click and open in a new window.
